We also collect limited technical information automatically, including your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, through standard website analytics.

How We Use It

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiry and schedule a Vision Call
• Prepare quotes, contracts, and a production schedule for your wedding day
• Deliver your finished film
• Send appointment reminders, project updates, and, where you've consented, other communications about your booking
• Improve our website and the Vision Match quiz
• Meet our legal, tax, and contractual obligations

SMS and Call Communications

If you provide your phone number and opt in through the Vision Match quiz, we may contact you about your inquiry or booking using automated and manual messaging systems, including SMS and voice call systems. Message frequency varies based on where you are in the booking process. Message and data rates may apply. Phone number information collected for SMS consent purposes is not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to deliver your film and operate our business, including with:

• Service providers that support our operations, including our CRM and booking platform, our payment processor, and our contracted post-production editing partner, who are bound to use your information only to perform services for us

• A successor business, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

Use of your wedding footage for portfolio or promotional purposes is governed separately by the terms of your service agreement, not by this policy.

Data Retention

Children's Privacy

Our services are directed at adults planning a wedding. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it.
